*Required Legal Disclaimer: Due to recent laws from the FTC, it is required that all companies identify what a "typical" result
is. Typically, most people never do anything with the products they buy, so most of the time, they don't get any results.
In other words, if you want results you need to take action. Those successful on this program work with it as instructed and
invest themselves in trying to do what the program suggests which is to follow a healthy lifestyle including a healthy diet and activity
levels. They took action of some sort to achieve their objective. If you want results, you should do this, too.

Sirloin Steak Kabobs
PREP: 20 min. COOK: 15 min. READY IN: 35 min.
Makes 4 servings
|1||pound top sirloin steak, cut into 16 1-1/2 inch pieces
|1/2 cup teriyaki marinade (or your favorite)||
|2 medium onions, halved and
1 large bell pepper cut into 2 inch pieces
8 fresh mushrooms, stems removed
8 cherry tomatoes or 4 Campari tomatoes,
4 bamboo skewers, soaked in warm water or 4 metal skewers (not soaked)
1. Soak the skewers so they don't burn on the
2. Put sirloin steak pieces in zip-top bag and coat with marinade. Close bag and let marinate while you prepare the rest
of the ingredients. Teriyaki only takes about 10 min. If you are using your own marinade follow directions for length
of time to marinade
3. While steak is marinating prepare the rest of the ingredients.
4. Pre-heat grill gas grill or start the
charcoal on the grill so it will be ready to cook.
5. Assemble the skewers. I like to start with a piece of steak
followed by pieces of pepper and onion. Then another steak followed by a mushroom or tomato. I find it helpful to nest
the mushroom and tomato in onion pieces to keep them from burning. The finished skewer should have four pieces of steak, and
as many veggies as you can fit. I like to begin and end with a piece of steak.
6. Grill until steak is done to your taste.
Serve on the skewers.
