1. Do I have to stop smoking right away?

No. You can keep smoking for as long as you want. After a few days you will find that you are beginning to lose the desire to smoke. You will find that you are smoking less and not thinking about smoking as much. You can stop smoking when it feels right for you. When you stop smoking, you will experience no withdrawal symptoms or weight gain.

2. What are on the MP3s and how do I use them?

The MP3s relax you to an optimal learning state then provide positive suggestions relative to smoking cessation.. They contain a progressive relaxation technique, soothing music and binaural beats all designed to get you into a wonderfully peaceful and relaxed feeling like right before you fall asleep. That is when the goal achievement center of your mind is most active.

You can download the MP3s to your computer, smart phone or other MP3 player. It is best to listen in stero.

You will listen to the The MP3s first thing in the morning before breakfast and last thing at night before sleep. It is best to listen to each weekly MP3 for the full week before moving on to the next one. Each MP3 is only about 4 minutes in length. You will sleep better and wake up more refreshed.

Within the first few days you will see several positive changes.

3. Is this hypnosis?

No. This technique is called Theta-contingent hypocampal conditioning. While each MP3 contains a relaxation method, unlike the average hypnosis sesssion of 1 to 1 1/2 hour these sessions are about 4 minutes in length.
