1. How much weight can I lose on Relax and Lose Weight?

You can expect to lose between 1 and 2 pounds per week which is safe and sustainable. That adds up to between 50 and 100 pounds in a year. 5. There are 4 weekly MP3s. What if I don't lose all the weight I want in 4 weeks?

Most people will not lose all the weight they want in 4 weeks. You can reset the program as many times as you want until you are at the perfect weight for you. At the end of Week 4, you will receive via email the links to reset and repeat the program from any week you want. You will continue to get the reset links sent to you as long as you continue to reset the program

7. Why are there calorie counters in the Members' Tool Box.?
